To solve this, I designed a data-entry system for teachers using Google Sheets, where they could easily log classes, locations, and durations. This information automatically flowed into a Master Dashboard through custom VBA scripts, eliminating the need for manual consolidation and ensuring clean, consistent data across all entries.
Visualization & Insights
The Master Dashboard connected directly to Looker Studio, creating a real-time reporting system that provided visibility into:
- Income trends, expenses and hours taught
- Top performing teachers and times
- Income distribution by Age Group
- Overall performance and profitability metrics
This system turned scattered data into actionable insights, allowing management to make faster, data-informed decisions.
Impact
The automation reduced reporting time from hours to minutes and provided a clear picture of operational efficiency. What once required manual tracking and guesswork became a dynamic, data-driven workflow, this project empowered TFK to optimize teacher allocation, monitor profitability, and plan ahead with confidence.
